1 lb hamburger (leaner the better, there is no draining)

10 oz. pkg. chorizo

2 c. uncooked rice

1 can diced tomatoes

1/4 c. masa flour

1 tbsp. black pepper

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

 

In large skillet, brown hamburger and chorizo.  In separate pot cook rice according to package directions.  Once meat is browned, add masa flour to help thicken juices, tomatoes, and seasoning.  Heat and stir together thoroughly.  Once rice is cooked add to meat mixture and stir together, then serve.
